LIMONADA MASALA

masala_lemonadeINGREDIENTE:

  • 3 lamai
  • 1 cana zahar
  • 4 cani apa (puteti folosi apa minerala daca va place acidulat)
  • 1cm de ghimbir zdrobit
  • 1 lingurita chimion pudra
  • 1/4 lingurita piper pudra
  • 1 lingurita sare neagra
  • 1 mana de frunze de menta

PREPARARE: Intr-un bol stoarceti lamaile.Adaugati zaharul, ghimbirul, menta si o cana de apa. Amestecati totul pana la dizolvarea zaharului. Strecurati sucul, adaugati piperul, chimionul, sarea si restul de apa si amestecati bine.

Serviti cu cuburi de gheata.
